Electric Bass – Jannick Top
Guitar, Synthesizer [Guitar Synthesizer], Vocoder – Philip Catherine
Keyboards, Synthesizer – Jean-Claude Petit
Viola [String Quartet] – Pierre Llinares
Violin [1, String Quartet] – Pierre-Yves Defayes
Violin [2, String Quartet] – Roger Berthier

A jazz fusion album produced in an extremely clear transparent sound. Catherine (guitar) is supported by Jean-Claude Petit (keyboards, synth), Jannick Top (bass) Andre Ceccarelli (drums) a string ensemble and on the very personal track "Janet" by the voices of his little daughters. All in all mostly relaxed but engaged and interesting playing (mainly by Catherine and Top)

  1. This is the link to Stream?

  2. Proper link

  3. This is new to me. Was Jannick Top still playing with Magma at this point? I'll have to check into it. Many thanks.

  4. I truly love this guitarist
saw him a few years ago with Ceccarelli and Emmanuel Bex (on the hamond) at the "Duc des Lombards" Paris France, and get an autograph on my "Guitars" and "Trio"( with Lockwood & Escoude) vinyls
    a wonderfull evening
    thank's for everything

  5. Hello Drago and Zen Archer(?)
Link is down. Philip Catherine is one of my favourite guitar players. The story goes that when he played with dutch prog band Focus, he could play the Akkerman parts with remarkabe ease.
I have a low bit mp3 of this: any chance of a re-up?
Ps: 'Zen archer' sounded familiar, then I remembered: the clock that went backwards. The same?
